INITIATIVESFeel like your group could do with a challenge? Or are you after a team building session? We can provide a range of activities from a fill in session during a program to a full day which can promote teamwork, leadership, tollerance, communication and FUN! Initiative activities require a group to solve a problem and use their initiative! The challenges can be simple and short, or longer and more physical. The activities are sequenced to give the group the most effective outcomes. As the session progresses the challenges become greater as the group learn to work together and utilise all of their collective skills. Initiatives can be run as part of a larger program, in the outdoors, as part of a conference or team building day, or as an enjoyable activity to challenge individuals.
